The grapes for this Zinfandel were sourced from the Adelaide District in Paso Robles, CA.  Fruit forward, well balanced with flavors of jammy black cherry and rose petals.  Enjoy with sharper cheeses such as Cheddar, Teleme, and aged Gouda.
